Horion ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Horion platform and related websites (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to this policy.

Account and profile. Name, email, organization, and credentials you provide when you register or update your profile.

Usage and device data. Log data, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, pages viewed, and similar diagnostics to operate and secure the Services.

Repository and code metadata. When you connect integrations (for example, Git hosting), we process metadata and content needed to provide analysis features, as described in-product and in your workspace settings.

Payment information. Billing details are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Horion is operated from São Paulo, Brazil, and your data is primarily processed and stored in Brazil. We may transfer information to subprocessors located in other jurisdictions (for example, infrastructure, analytics, and email providers in the United States or the European Union) to deliver the Services. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by Brazilian law (LGPD) and applicable cross-border transfer mechanisms.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email.
